How it Works

2. Earn Rewarding Recording® Dollars on your qualifying Sony Professional and Data Media purchases.
3. Redeem your Dollars for valuable Sony rewards!
Claiming your Dollars
It’s easy to claim your Rewarding Recording® Dollars. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Using the online claim form, calculate your Dollar total by entering the quantity of each Professional and Data Media product purchased within 60 days of your invoice date.
2. Mail your completed claim form and itemized invoice(s) to the Sony Rewarding Recording® Program HQ. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
Terms and Conditions
1. This offer is available only to end-users of Sony Professional Media products. Resellers/distributors are not eligible to participate in this program.

4. ALL customer invoices are subject to verification by Sony. Sony reserves the right to verify all submitted documentation and to reject any claims it deems to be inaccurate, fraudulent or ineligible.
5. ALL Sony Media purchase invoices submitted for Rewarding Recording® Dollars within the current program cycle should be dated from July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006. Copies of invoices are acceptable, provided they clearly indicate the following: customer name and address, authorized dealer name, invoice number and date, model numbers, number of eligible Sony tape units, cost per unit and invoice total.
6. Eligible sales invoices must be entered online within 60 days of invoice date and supporting sales claim documentation must be received within 10 days of online submission. Reward redemptions must be entered online and any Rewarding Recording® Dollars redeemed by August 31, 2006.
7. Rewarding Recording® Dollars are NON-TRANSFERABLE, have NO CASH VALUE and are valid for REDEMPTION with a redemption deadline date of August 31, 2006. They are voided after this date.
8. Rewarding Recording® account summaries are available online at www.sonyrewardingrecording.com.
9. If you purchased qualifying media direct from Sony, your approved Rewarding Recording® Dollar amount will be posted online automatically on a monthly basis.
10. Offer void where prohibited by law. Misuse of offer will void eligibility.
11. Offer valid only in the continental United States and Alaska.
12. This program is exclusive and may not be combined or substituted with any previous, current, or future programs conducted by Sony Media and Application Solutions Company, Sony Electronics Inc. or their predecessors or successors.
13. The availability and number of dollars required for merchandise in the online catalog is subject to change without notice. Dollar values for all rewards shown in the online catalog include applicable sales tax and shipping.
14. It is the responsibility of the national/purchasing headquarters of customers with multiple locations/wholly owned subsidiaries to notify Sony of disbursement of Rewarding Recording® Dollars statements to these locations.
15. Upon program signup, a minimum purchase of $1,000.00 of qualifying media products within the program period is required initially to earn Rewarding Recording® Dollars. No further minimum purchase will be required thereafter for the duration of the program.
16. All reward selections are subject to availability and back orders at the time of ordering. Returns are not accepted.
17. Sony Electronics Inc. reserves the right to discontinue merchandise when necessary. If a reward in the catalog becomes unavailable, Sony may substitute the product(s) with one of equal or greater value without advance notice.
18. Merchandise will only be shipped within the continental United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addressed. Some merchandise ordered together may be shipped separately. Allow 8 - 10 weeks for delivery from the time we receive your redemption order. Express delivery cannot be accommodated. Rewards cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.
19. This program is subject to change without notice and is subject to cancellation with thirty (30) days notice to active participants.
20. Resellers/distributors are not eligible to participate in this program.
21. $10 (or $20) BLOCKBUSTER GiftCard®. GiftCards cannot be used to purchase GiftCards. GiftCards are redeemable at a participating BLOCKBUSTER® store. See GiftCards for redemption terms.
