All Sony Mini DV tapes feature a Diamond-Like Carbon coating protective layer, which improves durability and helps prevent shedding and drop out. EXcellence grade minidv tape has 2dB higher carrier to noise ratio (vs. PR) making it ideal for LP recording and fewer dropouts. This tape is the same quality as the Sony DVM-60 EXM and EXM2, but doesn't have the shot logging memory chip.

These tapes are suitable for all MiniDV camcorders from Sony, Panasonic, Canon, JVC, Sharp and others.

There is a minimum order of five for this particular item.

These tapes are 90 minutes in LP mode or 60 minutes in SP mode.
TIP: Ten Mini DV tapes weigh a total of one pound and FedEX has a one pound minimum charge, so the shipping charge for ten tapes is the same as the shipping charge for five tapes. So, you may as well order at least ten tapes and save up to 50% on your per tape shipping costs.
